Just Being Outside Helps Mental Wellness
The Daily Mail is a guilty pleasure of mine. Most of the time it’s filled with salacious, sordid tales of the hyper-famous, but sometimes you get a few gems. This article caught my eye: “Just 20 minutes in an urban park will boost happiness, new study finds - and you don't have to exercise”.
There you go, people, there you go. Science proves what our intuition already knows. Now take a short break from work, and go sit in a park for a bit. Breathe. Don’t look at your phone. Because Science.
