Because we wanted something that was deeper and more human than a conference, we coordinated the walks, meals, and events along the way to inspire, nourish, and entertain.

Dinner and Whisky Workshop
Arrive at the first B&B, unpack, get dinner, and explore the flavors of the local distilleries.
The first day on the trail we will start walking along the River Spey.

We'll head to a local pub famous for its whisky selection. After a bit of lunch, we'll head back to the trail.
Approx 13 miles or 35,000 steps across the Scottish countryside.
Arrive at our next Bed and Breakfast in Ballindalloch to find your bags all magically waiting for you.
Enjoy a local dinner menu prepared at the Delnashaugh Hotel.
The second day will involve more hills and longer hikes.
Focus on Environment

As you hike, think about the change in environment. Practice mindfulness to really be present in this moment. How can a change in environment and routine effect your thinking?
We will visit the world famous Craggenmore Distillery to learn the local art and sample some of the Highland flavors. After a lunch break here, we'll get back on the trail.
Approx 14 miles and 38,000 steps over the mountains and through the woods.
We’ll stay the night in the town of Grantown on Spey where all of our bags will be waiting for us.
We’ll head into town to have a group dinner and a local favorite Indian restaurant.
The third day on the trail will be easier hikes on more paved paths.
Focus on Time

On the final day of the hike, realize that time has slowed down. You aren't rushing from meeting to meeting or juggling 10 tasks at once. You have time to consider the trail and focus on where your feet are taking you. Where will they take you in the next 30-40 years?
Our B&Bs will pack a sack lunch for us and we can stop to eat and chat along the trail.
Approx 8 miles and 24,000 steps through gravel and paved trails.
We’ll stay the night in the town of Boat of Garten where all of our bags will be waiting for us.
We'll have a group dinner at our final hotel.
